Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F). Items will be shipped by the stated shipping method as indicated during your checkout process (UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc.) unless other arrangements are requested by the buyer during checkout.

RETURNS
Within 15 days, incorrect, defective or not-as-described items may be returned for a full refund including the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and also needs to obtain an RMA number before an item can be returned.

Refunds are issued for all items except the following categories:

1. Computer Software
2. Computer Hardware
3. Electronic Items
4. Movie DVDs
5. Music CDs
6. Non-Plate Number Stamps

NOTE: Store credit(s) will be issued for those non-refund categories listed above

Returns for any other reason must be made within 15 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee with no refund on shipping charges. After 30 days, if an item is returned because of an issue or defect, a store credit will be issued.

All returned items must be received in original condition with all parts and packaging included!
